Erwin is the founder of the iWIN (Infinity Wealth Investment Network) and the iWIN Real Estate. He leads a team of veteran real estate coaches, who teach investors from the Toronto area to invest for cash flow. The iWIN Team was awarded Real Estate Agent of the Year to Investors four years in a row, Top 40 Under 40, and Real Estate Investment Community Leadership Award. He also has a Top 100 Investment Podcast (per iTunes) and is President of the Hamilton Basket Brigade, a registered charity that has hand-delivered over 2,000 holiday dinners (to date) to less fortunate families at Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas since 2014.
Tammy is a top-producing sales representative on the iWIN Real Estate team, helping investors with purchasing, renovating, and tenanting investment properties in Hamilton and surrounding areas. She is also one of the lead organizers of the Hamilton Basket Brigade Charity, which feeds and clothes local families and children.
Tim has been investing in real estate since 2005 and helping investors as a licensed sales representative since 2011. He's experienced pretty much all of it, including single family homes, renovations, student rentals and multi-families. He's recently expanded to help real estate investors build capital and income to buy more properties through Forex trading.
James is veteran investor, Hamiltonian since 2005, REIN member since 2011 and REIN Silver award winner. James has personally invested in rent-to-owns, multi-family and student housing, all in Hamilton and St Catharines! Prior to becoming a Realtor, James’ 11 years of corporate world experience involved managing multi-million dollar sized projects for some of Canada’s largest financial institutions for one of Canada’s largest tele-com companies.
Chris has been investing since 2012, investing in rent-to-owns, student housing, duplex conversions and even done a flip in Hamilton and Oakville. Chris also likes to try different side hustles, such as an Amazon storefront and stock hacking. Chris was a
designated accountant for 17 years prior to becoming a real estate coach/agent and his previous experience is beneficial when he looks for deals. His technical and analytical background helps in determining what property makes the most sense to invest in from a number’s perspective. His most common feedback is that he is knowledgeable and willingness to listen to his client’s needs, which ensures finding them the right property to fit their investment goals.
